I am NOT a fan of cabbage but covering it with soup, beef, potatoes, onions would probably be OK with me. Put it on your restaurant menu and I will order it.
Congrats on getting picked up by the Tennessean. A feature here, a feature there, and before you know it, they may have you doing Larry Daugherty's old gig.
